I bring more than 20 years of hands-on experience in information technology, infrastructure, and systems leadership, built through real-world work across telecommunications, network infrastructure, automation, and enterprise environments. My career has been shaped by practical responsibility, accountability, and a deep understanding of what it takes to keep systems reliable in complex, high-stakes operations.

My professional experience spans industries such as oil and gas, banking, and industrial operations, where uptime, security, and precision are not optional. This exposure has shaped a disciplined, methodical approach to technology, rooted in risk awareness, operational continuity, and long-term thinking rather than short-term fixes.

My educational background reflects both technical depth and business understanding. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering (Cum Laude), a Master in Business Administration (Highest Honors), and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Calgary. I have also completed a progressive series of Certificates of Completion in Total Quality Management through Medicine Hat College Continuing Studies, covering the Green, Black, and Master Levels. This combination allows me to bridge engineering, business strategy, and modern computing in a way that is practical, grounded, and results-driven.
