Our ideal local candidate needs to be adept at the following:
- Setting up efficient high-end WordPress sites from scratch.
- Have the ability to create above-normal WP Themes from scratch.
- Have a strong ability to troubleshoot and fix many technical issues, such as hosting crashes, database crash, cPanel issues, cron job issues, plugin crash/conflict, etc, in RECORD time.
- Have a good understanding of web security, malware protection, etc.
- Have a good understanding of SEO best practices and how to implement them.
- Good understanding of API usage to transfer leads and data from the WP website to the tools like the CRM and the company’s other tools.
- Expert with the most popular WP plugins
- Ability to customize and edit plugins
- Ability to create a plugin from scratch if needed
Our candidate needs to be well-versed in at least 4 of the following programming languages:
- HTML
- CSS
- PHP / Laravel or React
- WordPress Optimization
- Hosting Environment Setup & Optimization
- cPanel
- Curl
- Javascript

SALES ADVISOR
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Advisor to join to SOURCE SELECT MARKETING team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general operations, visual & graphic design, and social media marketing, and understand the impact of these areas on business success.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on their needs and objectives to achieve sales goals.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
- Develop and present proposals and pitches that align with client objectives and showcase the firm’s expertise.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing campaigns that meet client needs and expectations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes and inform sales strategies.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity, forecast future sales, and provide regular reports to management.
Desirable General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of visual & graphic design, social media marketing, and their impact on business success.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
