SALES ADVISOR

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Advisor to join to SOURCE SELECT MARKETING team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general operations, visual & graphic design, and social media marketing, and understand the impact of these areas on business success.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on their needs and objectives to achieve sales goals.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other creative methods.
• Develop and present proposals and pitches that align with client objectives and showcase the firm’s expertise.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing campaigns that meet client needs and expectations.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes and inform sales strategies.
• Keep accurate records of sales activity, forecast future sales, and provide regular reports to management.

Desirable General Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• In-depth knowledge of visual & graphic design, social media marketing, and their impact on business success.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop effective marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
